Install Instructions for Both Versions Above

1. Download the ZIP file to a location on your hard drive
2. Unzip the entire ZIP file to a location on your hard drive
3. Close Outlook. It should not be running.
4. Run setup.exe
5. Follow the install prompts
6. Start Outlook. You should see a QuickRoom2 menu button at the top-right of your command bar
